  • Kevin Kavanagh

    Kevin is a Managing Director & Co-founder of KK Sports Management. He is a graduate of Chaminade High School and Stony Brook University where he studied psychology & sociology. After his hockey career, Kevin worked on the Business Development team for multiple e-commerce companies, most notably SidelineSwap. Kevin has played an integral role in navigating the complex lacrosse landscape for his four younger brothers Matt, Brendan, Pat, and Chris. Under his guidance, his brothers have gone on to become World Champions, Professional Champions, National Champions, Professional All Stars, and Collegiate All Americans. Kevin is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and is well known for providing KK players and their families with exceptional service. With Kevin’s significant experience and knowledge of the game, he is also primarily responsible for the recruitment and management of KK clients. Kevin is based in Orange County, CA.

  • Matt Kavanagh

    Matt is a Managing Director & Co-founder of KK Sports Management. He is a graduate of Chaminade High School, The Hotchkiss School, and the University of Notre Dame, where he studied film & television. Matt has spent the last several years as a Card Services Account Executive at Fiserv. Before Notre Dame, Matt was a member of the 2012 USA U19 team that captured Gold in Turku, Finland, and was named Tournament MVP. During his collegiate playing career, Matt was a 4x All-American and a Tewaaraton Award finalist. Matt was a member of the Denver Outlaws, California Redwoods, and Boston Cannons in the Premier Lacrosse League over his 9-year professional lacrosse career, which included 2 championship titles. He retired from professional lacrosse in 2025. Matt is passionate about growing the game of lacrosse and mentoring young athletes to become the best players they can be on and off the field. He enjoys movies, history, sports, and watching his brothers compete at the highest level. Matt is based in Hoboken, NJ.
